Participants
EuroClass is open to young Europeans above the age of 18 involved in voluntary organisational work.
Funding
External funding from the Danish Ministry of Education allows us to offer participation in EuroClass at a reduced fee for all participants. In order to encourage young people from all parts of Europe to apply the participation fee differs for Central/Eastern Europeans and Western Europeans. EU grants are subsidising Central and Eastern European participants.
Participation fee
Western European students: € 135 per week
Full project period (42 weeks): € 4800
Eastern and Central European students: € 40 per week
The school fee covers all expenses connected to the project:
- All teaching, board and lodging during the stay at Silkeborg Højskole, Denmark
- Two weeks’ travel in Europe including programme, transport, food and lodging (both autumn and spring semester
- Four weeks’ voluntary stay in a European youth organisation including food and lodging (spring semester only)
Scholarships
A number of scholarships are available for EuroClass students completing a full project. Scholarships must be applied for along with the EuroClass application.

Fill in the application form, which can be downloaded from www.euroclass.org . Applications must reach Silkeborg Højskole by mail or e-mail (see address below) before 1 July for the autumn semester or the full project and 1 December for the spring semester.

Certificates
The official EU-issued Europass mobility document and a school certificate will be issued to participants completing EuroClass.
