Welcome⁄Introduction
Basic Danish CourseBasic Danish is aimed at students who wish to get a basic knowledge of the Danish language and the Danish culture. It may be students without any knowledge of Danish at all or students who have already had some experience with the language.
At the beginning we will work with texts dealing with situations of everyday life to build up a vocabulary. Later on we may work with political issues, cultural habits and other topics. We will listen to your ideas about topics as well.
Through texts, tasks, conversations, grammatical exercises etc. we will work to improve your linguistic skills. We will work primarily to improve your oral Danish language, but also small written exercises will be included.
Learning by doing gives the best result, and thus we encourage you to practise your language skills among the Danish speaking students.
